Mobile (Text-to-Join) Opt-In – Web Form

By clicking the toggle button on our web form located at the url https://evoportalus.tracker-rms.com/PSIResources/customwebform?id=YXhoYkYzYWcySStzTEU2Qit4NGg3UT09 , you are providing express consent to receive email newsletters and SMS text updates from PSI Resources L.L.C. regarding your candidate profile, job opportunities, and the recruitment process. Once you activate the text SMS toggle, your contact information will be automatically added to our communication list, and you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your candidate profile and additional application steps.

You may opt out of receiving communications at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in our emails or replying “STOP” to any of our text messages. Standard message and data rates may apply.


This mobile opt-in method is compliant with 10DLC registration requirements and CTIA messaging guidelines. Customers will only be enrolled in SMS communications by manually texting the keyword to our 10DLC number — we do not automatically add users through website forms, purchases, or other channels without explicit consent.

All opt-in activity is logged and securely stored to ensure transparency and compliance.

Confirmation and Opt-Out Messaging
